Customer Satisfaction

At Lexi Hair Salon, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your service:

Please notify us during your visit.

If it is determined that a correction is needed due to a service error, we will gladly adjust it at no charge.

Corrections must be approved by management.

If you have issue after the completion of the service, day after or beyond, please contact the office to communicate with the manager.

We will be happy to help you to resolve it.

Disclosure

By requesting the services offered by Lexi Hair Salon to be perform, the customer acknowledges and accepts its policies.

All our services once completed are NONREFUNDABLE, unless approved by management in writing.

By making payment by credit card or cash, customer affirms that Lexi Hair Salon has completed all services requested by customer and she/he is completely and unconditionally satisfied with quality and outcome of the services she/he received.

You may request full /entire policy from the manager.

Retail Product Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused retail products within 7 days of purchase.

A salon credit will be issued—no cash or credit card refunds.

Right to Refuse Service

Lexi Hair Salon maintains a safe, professional, and inclusive environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who exhibits:

  1. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests.
  2. Aggressive or disruptive conduct.
  3. Misleading or untruthful statements -verbal or written.
  4. Any other policy violations including Customer Satisfaction Provision.

Please review our policies prior to booking. These guidelines are designed to protect your time, our team’s time, and the quality of your experience. Booking with Lexi Hair Salon means you agree to the following terms:

Reservation & Credit Card Policy

To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card is required. Your card is securely stored through our booking system.

By booking with us, you authorize Lexi Hair Salon to charge your card in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies.

We kindly ask that all guests honor these policies to help us respect the time of our stylist and fellow guests.

Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

  1. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, at the discretion of the management, Lexi Hair salon may still charge you a fee.
  2. Missed appointments without any notice may be charged a fee. Repeat no-shows may lose online booking privileges and be limited to walk-in availability.
  3. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
